I can’t recall running my 23 down to the light, I can say I did in my 2015 which had the 33 gallon tank. Depending on how long I drove with the light on, I usually stuffed between 26 and 28 gallons back in.
Honestly… I can only remember a single time I put 30 gallons in.
Long drive, trying to...
I just put “winter air” in my tires.. LOL.
Got cold here too.. they were all low 30s. Tire pressure is a funny thing. On Sunny warm days…the side of the truck that faces the sun is always a PSI or two higher when I first get in.
Try to regulate your pressure in the shade…and if you take...
Well put Dewey. Tungsten is the premium line, and Ram is going to preserve that profit margin by selling more trucks in the big horn lineup, in which they make a ton more of.
For luxury truck pricing, the Laramie is probably the sweet spot for options.
Once you go Limited and above, the choices...
That goes both ways.
Warning light could come on with 1 gallon left, people would still ignore them… just like check engine lights, low tire pressure lights, etc.
We live in a coddled society.. so err on the side of more fuel, or less.
More wins every time.
Poor Human consideration is EXACTLY...
I have my height set pretty high for HUD, I’m 6ft tall.
I actually paid attention yesterday and for me, it looks like the right side of the HUD is a tick higher than left.
Could be the curve of the hood or windshield throwing it off… but I have to be honest, through 19K miles.. it’s never...
Is the gauge off…or is the warning off?
On my 15 limited 33 gallon and my 23 Limited 33 gallon, when fuel level gets low, close to the red, same.. I’ve never put more than 26 or 27 gallons in to fill up.
Here’s a question… why not just fill up sooner? I can understand if you’re on a road trip...
Just for the heck of it… have you tried to raise or lower the height to see if changes, and/or change the content it displays?
Not sure if they use the same unit as my 23 but I haven’t heard/seen of this issue anywhere yet.
When you say not level, are you talking like a degree or two off, or...
etorque offers up to 100lb ft of torque for the first half tire rotation from a dead stop.
Two benefits I notice…. Upshifts when accelerating are very, very smooth.
Braking is also affected by regenerative charging…and I’ve read brakes last much longer, which I believe.
Yep.. be it hold a part in place until fastened, or… a jig to affix a sticker, label, etc. Or a hanger for an item headed through the paint shop maybe…
That’s my guess…. You got an added bonus feature not on your sticker.
That makes it limited edition :)
I spent a lot of time in my youth under the hood and actually sitting on the fender well or the front clip to get access.. you can’t shove a few toothpicks with a sledgehammer under the hood now… lol.
Hell, I remember the days when you dropped a tool, you could hear it bing or bang once or...
Counterpoint. And to be clear… I am a get off my lawn, old school ways of simpler like you.
However.
The trends and what people by majority want today…is not in line with how we think.
People want to pinch pennies for gas and be loaded up with tech from the time they unlock their vehicle with...
I would bet a small amount of money…mostly because I don’t gamble.. that you won’t see a new Hemi or V8 from new RAM leadership.
We’re only pushing the EV and hybrid trucks a little further into the future with the new administration coming in.
Trends are smaller motors, turbo charged.
That...
Had this issue on my truck when new last year and it got cold in the mitten.
Had cheapo washer fluid in it from the factory still, froze up. I was able to warm it up, disconnect the lines under the hood driver side, then get some compressed air through to clear out the “slush”.
Syphoned out...
Heard MRob. Best/Worst part is.. it’s all on you. Your money, your truck, you spend and do as you see fit.
Everyone is gonna have an opinion, and that’s all it is :)
I believe in a balance of proper maintenance and wasting money.
And by wasting, I mean more than necessary…or needed.
Light...
Dealer.
Find one you’re comfortable with and can trust. Explain the problem…and you’re not looking for them to play the guessing game.
I get a lot of people have a bad taste in their mouth from dealerships. I’m lucky enough not to have that issue.
Battery reset is where I’d start too..
Make sure the connectors are tight now that you removed the pedal commander.
Stories like this are why I don’t have one. I realize it still did it after you removed it.
Code readers are inexpensive… and you can get one in a day or two.. while you’re...
