Put some weight in the back… On my 2015 limited, even with brand new Goodyear Duratracs on it… you can still spin them up even in 4H. Do you have locking rear axle? That’ll cause it to get sideways as well. Put some weight back there.

Faulty part, misassembled… Like anything else mechanical, failure can occur at any time. Obviously… this is rare, but it can and does happen. Changing the oil at 1 and 3K had zero effect, unless it was done incorrectly…other than a lighter wallet. Sucks man…curious as to what the dealer is...
