For some reason they changed it a while ago. You can tell based on the VIN if you decode it. I special ordered for the 6’4 bed and the crew cab (only real reason.) check out the PDF in this post: Where on the window sticker does it tell you the size of the bed?

I assume they caught a last minute bug or something. I don't think they'd put out the 'how to' video if they were going to cancel it or something like that. They also have it on the 2026 page, so they're certainly still planning on releasing at some point.

MDS won't activate in park (at least on my 4th gen), however MDS is not the cause of engine issues in RAMs that it is in the GMC/Chevys. The cam/lifter issues/hemi tick happen on the non-mds lifters, so it's not an MDS issue.

I think you'd need 'Carplay Ultra' for Apple navigation in the cluster. The first vehicles to support that just came out last month, so it's a newer technology. You have to remember that Carplay/Android Auto is 99% just your phone using the radio as an external display. There are other functions...

I don't think anyone has done anything specific. It's also possible that because yours was built later, that it came with updated software from the factory. Maybe post your version number/compare to others that have shared theirs. I'm still waiting for my truck, so I'm not much help.
