you might not have the gearing in the diff to turn those bigger tires properly,A guy i worked with year's back Had a gmc yukon blazer up graded the tires and you could tell the difference right sluggish like you said.
That truck should have shut off after a short drive something is not set up right on , my ford edge will honk the horn when you walk away with the fob and if some one jumps in and takes it it is only going a few feet before it shuts down , you see a lot of post about truck lost comm to key fob...

give that battery a full charge , because it is new they dont come fully charged , see if that helps you , you will throw a code quickly if those battery's are to low ,
I used a 1/4 drive for the coil packs back by the break booster and the plugs socket 3/8 with small extension and spark plug socket it it not to bad once you get those out of the way , I have the Etorque so it was a slight pain to work around that.
