Saw that commercial today, gotta say that truck looks good in green. Now, to remind my wife green is her favorite color....

    Instrument cluster failings

Bummer on your misfortune. I do wonder where you heard the positive spin on Ram customer service, as they are collectively the worst of any mfr I've dealt with

Ram CEO Claims That 1500 Customers Prefer the HEMI V8 Over the Hurricane I6

Ive heard multiple tales regarding check engine lights that wouldn’t stay cleared and starting issues. If the past few years track record is enough for someone to go out and buy one, more power to you. I won’t wish for anyone to have problems with this engine, and it may turn out to be a good...

Is a 22" do everything tire realistic?

I originally looked into tires with similar characteristics you mentioned for my 22s, I finally decided the choices were too limited and prices were stupid for that size. I went back to my 20” for winter tires, and decided I like the ride so much better that I sold the 22s. Wishing you luck...

Ram CEO Claims That 1500 Customers Prefer the HEMI V8 Over the Hurricane I6

Nothing preventing it, but there are currently more options for the hemi than the hurricane. And do note that I used the word “like”… I enjoy doing my own maintenance and repairs, my vehicles don’t see the inside of a dealership unless there is no other option. As far as the hemi’s track...

Ram CEO Claims That 1500 Customers Prefer the HEMI V8 Over the Hurricane I6

….Or people who want an engine with a track record….Or people who like to perform their own maintenance and repairs….Or people who like to mod their trucks….

Hemi, Hurricane, or keep my current Ram

It is great to have a nice truck and no payments. Having said that, are you planning on keeping that truck forever? If not, now seems to be the time to take advantage of choices. Trade-in value will not increase over the next few years On a 10-year-old truck. Sounds like a good problem to have ;)

    Wheels

Ram has offered 22” wheels for a few years now, so that size is fine. What matters more is offset and tire size, what wheels are you considering?

What should i do to my truck?

Don’t know what your truck looks like, but you might consider some new side steps or running boards to complement your lift

    Headers

I agree with @Ready Go, those literally look like a poorly executed knock off of something like BD offers, and I cannot imagine any efficiency gained from that particular set.

    Sport vs. Night

Having had both a Sport and a NE, I can say this: Two different looks, neither is bad, each lend themselves to a different path when modding. If I could have got the Sport body colored grill/surround on the NE instead of the black (more than enough black already) that would have been perfect...

Has anyone seen this tailgate conversion?

My storage bins are both utilized, mainly for things that I rarely need since it can be a pain to lift the floor mat that is held down by the du-ha. I have found that, just like my basement/garage/shed, if I have space, it will be filled
