Pretty easy to turn the wheel, grab the shaft, jerk it like you think… there should be some play but not a lot. Compare both sides. Maybe time to trade her in lolol

New Body Mount Parts, no more CLUNK!!

New Body Mount Parts, no more CLUNK!!

Damn dude! Do the sway bar too. Screw it. Seriously, have you checked your intermediate shafts play? Mine wiggled a lot. Once the drivers side shaft was replaced, most of my clunks were gone. Just that annoying one when slamming on the brakes, or mashing the go pedal. Then all I did was...

Need to replace lower ball joints. Would you replace the ball joint or lower control arm?

That clunk is probably your intermediate shaft. Goodluck. If you need a low mileage 3.21 diff with new shafts lmk. Lol

Which aftermarket CV shaft would you recommend?

Agreed. I’ve never had issues getting parts from any local store.

New Body Mount Parts, no more CLUNK!!

Definitely! Just make sure they send you the right ones! I ordered new bolts too but they sent me the long fromt ones (which I used when adding toe hooks so whatever). I just reused my existing bolts. Job was very easy. Hardest part for me was finding a jack tall enough since I’m lifted lol.

New Body Mount Parts, no more CLUNK!!

They don’t come in pairs. Everything is seperate part numbers. You’re correct that there is 8 different sets. 4 on each side. The front ones are where the tow hooks mount to and the rear are the bed/body mounts. Both front and rear are probably not your culprit.

    TPMS Question

Agreed with boogielander. And you gotta watch some of those ebay sellers. They may say oem but they aren’t!! I ran into this same thing. Custom Wheels Offset sent sensors that just wouldn’t all recognize at the same time. At the time, these were my second set of wheels that I swapped out so I...

19' Ram Big Horn Electrical issues

If no one on here can provide v assistance, it might make sense to get a diag from a dealership. You don’t have to pay them to do the work, just to identify the issue. Alternatively. Is start by checking those star connectors. I hear when they go bad, they do some funny stuff. You could get...
