Welcome to the new world. I stopped just short of slapping my infotainment center like it was a '70's television. Maybe I should have followed through with it.
Try a few other sites to verify. Tire Rack and Real Truck perhaps. Don't have to purchase there, but they have decent configuration options. Used them before when replacing wheels. Maybe you can get an idea of what the issue might be.
This might seem silly to most, but I've had to mentally adjust to sometimes seeing the front view camera in the mirror. If I turn off the camera, the reflective coating serves well as a rearview mirror. I also use the side mirrors more now and use the voice commands to control the cameras...
Dealers have temporary subscriptions for such things. Some do it on pre-owned vehicles. Some don't. Sirius provides it temporarily from time to time. Not sure how they expect people to know other than they just trip over it one day.
I honestly couldn't say either way. I gave up on Sirius a long time ago. With all the other audio options available, Sirius is losing their market share. Hard to compete with Bluetooth, car play, and Android Auto at no cost.
