For what it’s worth, I did the sway bar bushings and end links recently and after a long drive a clunk came ‘back’… when I got back to the home shop I had to retighten/torque the end links and it’s now gone….
New manifolds are in…. Here are pics of what was left of the pass side !
Drivers side was cracked through but not two piece yet !
Explains why there is no ‘tick’ anymore…. And that exhaust smell has subsided lol

Picked up new pads and rotors today, went with the Akebono proact pads, and the ‘hd’ parts shop rotors… and dropped the truck off for the BDS manifold install (really didnt want to deal with the broken bolts) and getting a muffler delete done at the same time just in case there would be any...
I picked up a set of the ranger shocks for the rear…. May or may not stick with them once I lower, but wanted to have something that would ‘fit’ to start

Besides the OEM replacements it seems picking are slim, I have found Monroe (without springs), but no others….

Today was clunk removal day, did the front sway bar bushings and end links…. Went Moog on both, and the drivers side bushing was worn bad, the sway bar had a bunch of surface corrosion, cleaned it up good with the wire wheel, the pass side wasnt as bad cleaned it up good as well…. Everything...
Ive been running the supplemental airbags for a few years (Airlift 5000’s) they have been great for towing a heavy boat, if i was not lowering the truck I would have stuck with that setup….
Alright…. First project is going to be the removal of the Airlift 5000’s today…. Ive also booked the truck to get the BD manifolds installed, I am sure I could accomplish them, but age an experience makes me not want to deal with broken bolts! Anyone want to guess how many I will have ?
Slowly but surely continuing to come together…. Just picked up some new Moog front sway bar endlinks… IHC confirmed their control arms still use the stock links…. And sway bar bushing show up tomorrow…

I have not, but reached out to all the local shops and no one sells them…
ended up buying the Icon Vehicle Dynamics single adjustable track bar… that should tackle all of the ‘necessary’ parts
Bit of a break, have a bodyshop taking care of a few dents and dings as we speak… Have been so on the fence on rear shocks so I ordered up the ranger Bilsteins as a placeholder until I decide on the Ridetechs or the QA1’s… shipping into Canada from the US is such a crapshoot right now… looking...
