60 amps is definitely not enough to run modern vehicles with all the electronics in them. Which is why alternator output are so much higher in modern vehicles than the old school 40 amp alternators used in the old school cars with points ignitions and lights being the only draw.

Hard to really tell from the pictures exactly what's going on. I would guess those are the points where they applied pressure to straighten the frame. I'm guessing you are worried about possible weakness it may cause for future towing?

It's not instantaneous self leveling. You won't notice as big of a difference with air suspension, but it still helps keep rear planted and less body roll in corner

More displacement takes more fuel to run. That's how it can be worse. Just look at the Chargersz Challengers, and Durango's. The 6.4s are EPA rated at lower MPG, and real world get worse. That won't change just because you put it in a Ram. As for comparing to guys who have done a 6.4...

There was also an issue on some 2019/20 trucks where the bushings weren't properly torqued from the factory.

Throw the JB4 or Cat6 tuner in that RAM with some better tires. Sleeper for sure.

Drive through car washes don't get to the areas you need to get to in order to prevent rust on the body and frame. I live in the Midwest where we salt our roads in the winter, rust is a big issue here as well. But not if you take care of your vehicle. Weekly car washes in winter once weather...

Take care of the truck and you won't have any rust issues. Undercoating/rust protection is your friend as well as good car washes making sure to get fresh clean water in all the common problem areas
