Drive conservative and get decent MPG, drive aggressively and you’ll pay at the pump. It’s an individual choice and can change from day to day. Either way it’s your truck, enjoy it.
I say it is worth it as it can get scratched. This is the one I put on my screen and so far it does not affect the touch sensitivity and most times I forget I have it.

I had my windows tinted with ceramic and did not have the marks showing in your photo. You will see some small bubbles on any tint, which will go away in a few days, but not the marks you have. I would take it back and have him redo it and keep your fingers crossed they don't have the rookie...
I never did take mine in as I found a simple workaround. Insert gas nozzle and twist it to the left so the nozzle tip is at the 2 o'clock position. This has worked for me every time on every pump and all the gas stations, including Costco.
I like the idea of an EV truck, but I will wait and see how this all turns out for Ford. I would be more excited to see a RAM EV! And of course a build up of charging stations is needed also.
I have 4993 miles on my truck and I am averaging 17.06 MPG (Hand Calculated). That includes 1400 miles of towing, mostly hills and mountains (3500lbs of trailer and Honda Talon). So no complains from me.
I have had Zero issues with both systems, MDS and Auto SS. The transition between on and off is so smooth that I only know they are working when I look at the activation dash lights. So a big thumbs up from me. (y)
I have been experimenting with using only 87 lately and I have not noticed any difference in power or MPG compared to 89. However I do live in a high elevation, 5500 ft, so that alone will let me use 87 without issues.
No matter what model you buy or what packages you get, that new Ram will still have hundreds and in some cases thousands of microchips in it. So there is no escaping the microchip shortage.
