My MGU stopped charging at 25k miles..waited 9 weeks for parts...working fine now.

I have used several Everstart in various vehicles..ror years.Only one failed ,was only a yr old..replaced free at Wallyworld , no questions askdd..3 yr warrenty like most brands, low prices..i currently have 6 of them

I doubt it. The basic rules is anything that has oil .engine trans differential

I dont live near mountains but I can tell you my Hemi E Torque 2021 tows 12,000 lb dump trailer all day and NEVER runs hot even in our brutal summer heat. Mine would yawn at 7000 lbs .lol

Knocking or ticking, Noise is not normal..mine makes no noise at all hot cold idling or reving except from tailpipes

I feel your pain..just waited 9 weeks for my 21 E Torque MGU to be replaced.I call Stellantis 3 times a week til the got tired of me and expedited a new generator overnight to my dealer..they had it ready the same day.. Keep calling..Some have waited months........btw. it IS covered under 8 yr...

I hand calculate my mpg because we were taught math in my school..With my 5.7 E Torque I consistently get 20 to 22 mpg hiway and 14 to 16 city..I gdt 10 mpg towing a 12k pound dump trailer..But there are no hills in the swamp

Yep..i found that to be true on wifes jeep wrangler...awful smelly til i increased the level in the expansion tank..much less smelly now.

Sounds like the posi trac or anti slip as ram calls it. I would check the fluid level and condition of gear oil..if its dirty, change it with new friction modifiers or if its clean just add some fm additive..

Completely agree..put 250k plus on three hemis...waiting for a turbo i6 pulling heavy trailers like mine to do that..then I ll be convinced

How does its suspension greatly redu e how much it can tow? The weight is not in the truck. Its on axles behind it

Question...if the rho twin turbo 540hp is sooo much better than the 395hp hemi...why does it tow 3000 pounds less? Shouldnt it tow more with all that power? Or does it overheat when loaded like all the other turbos?

When my free script ran out ghey wanted 28.99 mon ..I cancelldd it..they offered 4 bucks a month for year .I took it..when it ran out they wanted 28.99 so i again said no way..got another 4 buvks offer..Its certainly worth that but definitely not the 28.99 ..thats the sucker price..I mostly...

Its sad that this was your only option due to Stellantis incompetence ..Mine failed but not the bearing noise, it stopped charging. Took 9 weeks of calling customer nonservice to get a replacement MGU. Working fine now tho

Yeah thats astoundingly good luck..they refused to give me one for 9 weeks while i waited for generator

I feel your pain..I waitdd 9 weeks for a replacement E Torque Generator..If I had. Not called 3 times a week, I would probably still be waiting..They refused to give me a loaner. These things are failing in huge numbers......and RAM DIDNT CARE!
