Assuming that's unloaded hitch weight (11% trailer weight, seems right) yeah you'll be pushing it. Assumptions, but 200 pounds for you, 50 for the dog, 100 for the WDH, 900 when the trailer is loaded, you're down to 79 pounds of payload left.
The ONLY times I've had errors is when I tried to change the mode while in drive. I usually leave it on Eco as it's more for fuel economy than drag racing, and it's worked well. I've had it throw lights on the dash, accelerator jump up, etc, but ONLY when I tried changing the mode while in drive...
I washed mine for the first time in at least 8 months a couple weeks ago. Sits outside permanently without cover. Can't see a single scratch, and you can only see a few tiny chips up front where rocks have hit it. You could definitely tell it was dirty, but my wife drove her brand new black...
Same. I hang my keys on the wall within 20ft of my truck every single day. The keys are actually visible from the truck through a house window. My wife leaves her key in her brand new car that's parked in the garage, no issues there either.
I have absolutely lucked out. My Titan went through liquid batteries every 1-1.5 years until I went fully sealed. My Ram's battery is the OEM from Nov 2019 when they built it. It's definitely on its last legs, because if it sits for more than a day it's sluggish to start, but I'm running this...
Yeah it's perfectly fine if done correctly. Using the Curt harness was just really simple, and allowed me to wire everything up in the garage instead of under the truck.
You're trying to add more reverse lights? Buy a curt harness so you don't chop your factory harness up and splice into the reverse light on that Amazon.com.
Then add whatever lights you want. I have some cheap ones off Amazon that I wired quick connects to, so when they die I just swap them out...
Yep. Full pallet of Zoysia sod. Not recommended, definitely overweight, but I didn't have my trailer at the time. I do have airbags to lift the rear, and it was less than 2 miles of 30mph roads. Immediately unloaded it when I got home to get the weight off the truck.
I know it's not the same, but I have aluminum wheels that I use while training on my triathlon bike. I regularly put those tires at 120-140 psi for extended periods of time. The failure point will most likely be the valve stem if it's not the tire. If you're going to run pressure that high I'd...
From what I've read on here it's how the BCM interacts with the rest of the truck is different for 25+ MY's compared to 19-24. I was looking at changing my 2020 non-towing mirrors to the 2025's as they're very similar to what I had in my Titan (and loved them), but the electrical/BCM burden was...
Finally got around to checking out my sway bar. Took it out completely. The bushings looked ok, but there was some wear. The end links were completely shot. I can move both joints around easily with my hands for both links. Clunk is gone, and I'll probably just leave the sway bar off as the only...
Was about to say you're insanely over weight, but noticed you have a 3500. You'll probably have better luck in the HD forums. Air bags don't add anything other than the ability to level your truck out, by the way.
You can do the SGW module or a cable. I have a module that I plug into the same plugs as the cable, then I use the OEM OBD II port for my MX+. I just unplug the bypass when I'm done, and it all goes into my glove box.
I have this one instead of the cable...
I have a NOCO, and mine sits for several days at a time. Still on OEM battery which is 5 years old now, and it's just now starting to be sluggish on startup. Obviously my winters aren't as bad as yours, but it sits for several days below 25F (now for example), and I've never used a tender or...
