You did screw up by not getting the fold down window, the other stuff is just the way they are.

When the computer tells you change the oil which is usually around 10,000 miles. Not sure why you would dump expensive full synthetic down the drain early. Most don't keep their trucks more than five years anyway. Why baby it for somebody else? I keep my vehicles clean and the do the required...
If the dealer you purchased it from is not solving the issue enter the dealership a Saturday afternoon and complain very loudly while the showroom it at it's fullest.
Yup, that's why it was low mileage. You now have somebody else's problem child.
I would never consider a low mileage one or two year old truck or any vehicle for this reason.
I don't think you were towing it, it was more like dragging it.
Must have been a Ford-150 Ecoboost 3.5 you were dragging it with since you didn't notice the load.
