Well. Living in Ontario (central north) I run Blizzak LTs in the winter months and the stock duratracs the rest. No replacement for dedicated high quality snow tires IMO. Add chains and or studs and now you’re talking.
My original one kicked the bucket at around 56000 kms. Got a CEL / MIL light and some driving issues. Dealer towed it in and yep. They replaced the HPFP with the same one (new) new injectors / fuel lines etc.
As long as they fix it right - I don’t mind waiting. Already had a repair pump etc put in so let’s make sure this new one works. Any ideas what exactly they are changing on it ? Alloy composition etc? Anyone in the know ?
Being from Canada….and a veteran and now police officer I am amazed at some of the gun laws in the USA. Not complaining of course - just a complete 180 from up here….amazing.

Having had the same thing recently happen - I had the HPFP / injectors etc all replaced as well with the same stuff. Filter was swapped no charge either. They covered it all - and still no ETA for the new pump.
