To bolt them on, use speed nuts or push on speed nuts. Just find the right diameter.
I think they are 3/16 or 5mm.

I have a 19 Big Horn and no Ram Boxes. You can just push the lock close with you finger, very easy. Just don't forget to unlock them before closing your tailgate.
Like I said, I have this tailgate extender with the tie down straps. It holds it down and locks the tailgate lock. When inserted, there is no tailgate warning on the dash.
My bed extender has clips on each side that click into the tailgate latches. This simulates a closed tailgate, no lights and no warnings on the dash. You can use a screw driver and push the locks on the tail gate, it will disable the warning and lights staying on. Just don't forget to release...
There are tones on the Zone. Take your pick.

Get in touch with @Jimmy07 here on the forum, he can make you an original harness so they work like OEM. No resistors. Two wires to the BMC and they work like factory.
It's just a locker or limited slip. As long as you gear ratio is the same, there is no problem adding one. A locker does not change gear ratios. You keep your ring gear and pinion from the old differential.
Here is some info on the locker.
