I have the wireless charging in my Limited....and to be honest, I kind of gave up on it. It takes forever to charge, and it's finicky about where the phone has to be to get the blue light. I just use a USB-c wire, and life goes on....
installed a new battery last month....so everything was disconnected for about 10 minutes or so. No problems at all. Like others said, I think the theme went back to factory setting, and the audio settings ("equalizer") too. No big deal at all.
bought the wife a 2019 Outback that was a buy back, in 2020....it came from CA and was bought back due to the sound system blowing twice. They put an upgraded system in it, sold it to a dealer in Mass, and I bought it with 8,000 miles on it, at a 30% discount over new (not sticker) cost....tons...
If you can get a 19 Limited, at a good price, I wouldn't hesitate. First of all, there was no major issues with 19's that I'm aware of. The problems that affected 19's, also affected 20's and 21's...(leaks at rear window, moaning brakes when reversing, radio glitches, etc). I have a 19 Limited...
seriously? I grew up in Boston, and never heard of such a thing. We scraped our windshields with ice scrapers, and the defrost took 100 miles to warm up enough to do anything! :ROFLMAO:
I have a 19 Limited, oem battery crapped out about 2 months ago. The symptom was , it was fine one day, next morning, turn on, everything lit up...press to start, then electronics went batty...then no power. Charged up battery for an hour...still no good. Got new battery at NAPA down the...
I wouldn't call that mismatched....lots of cars & trucks on the road that have that combo. LED Headlamps are in many cases optional, (more money), and some folks are just fine with Halogen.
I think we are both in agreement actually. We all ( I think ), know about the ability of thieves to intercept fob signals, but the OP was saying he protected his fobs as best he could. I was just trying to differentiate between protecting,(as in not leaving a fob in the truck), vs. protecting...
I remember in the Marine Corps, back in the 70's I was an automotive mech, (3521 MOS). Before a driver could check out a vehicle from the motorpool, they had to do a pre-check. One new private checked the oil on a M-151 Jeep, and thought you were supposed to fill it to the top of the FILL HOLE...
the Limited headlamps got the RAM 1500 a "Top Safety Pick" from IIHS....without those headlamps, it doesn't get the rating...that's how good those lamps are!2022 IIHS Top Safety Picks
there is NO WAY to beat the headlamps in a Limited...they are simply the best out there, the other LED reflectors are 75% of what the Limited's are. Like someone said, if you don't drive country, then you may not care...but out here in the front range of Colorado, they matter... they are...
simple really...Limited is RAM's highest trim level...you get better headlights, and softer leather. Throw in the air-ride....and there is nothing that comes close. Go Limited, or go home. :p
