I ordered last July and my truck was delivered end of January this year. That link continues to show "Unsupported VIN". I ordered from Mark Dodge, and they were able to send me my build sheet. You should also ask for the Code Guide for BH. This will give you an exhaustive list of the...
I’m waiting to see if @Jimmy07 will weigh in. As far as I know, neither of those options exist for the 2025 (while they both do for previous years). I had conflicting info from a dealership, but not about to lay out the bucks required until I know it’ll work.
Like you, I’d be happy with a...
Maybe RamCares will throw you some $$ to recant or at least keep quiet. They probably hate the fact that we can say “see?! It works! Why can’t we have it too? Just because he identifies as a unicorn??”
A couple of people have noted the pairing tile existed in the app at first, but after setup was complete, it disappeared. I think @toadsch is the only one we know of that actually paired successfully.
The developers are cagey about timing, although they promise it's coming ("imminent")...
The cluster, and the HUD (if you have it configured right), will show the status of hands-on or hands -off. It shows a steering wheel with either hands on it, or hands having near the wheel (but not on it).
When you open the Ram app, you'll see your miles to empty, to the right of that is the Report tile, to the right of that is the Digital Glovebox. The pairing tile for digital key will eventually be to the right of this (my best guess based on what others have said). I really think we're...
are you sure it's not exhaust manifold bolts? it's pretty easy to crawl under and check them. I haven't read through all the posts, so might be missing something. I had a 2014 that had to have manifold bolts replaced twice. It usually ends up being the ones toward the rear. and easy to see...
I was going to jokingly say there must've been a strong tailwind on his trip too. :) I'm happy as hell for him - I hope he continues to do that well.
I'm not seeing anything close to what everyone else is getting. I understand I'm only at 2k miles, but I drive like a little old lady trying...
Same here. It does seem like it idles high for longer than I'd expect, but I'm not basing that on anything solid. I find myself waiting for it to idle down. If I'm in a hurry, I really don't like dropping it into gear while it's revving that high.
Agree. There were a couple of features that really drew me to this truck. Trailer surround view cameras, auto park, and the smart phone as a key. All advertised heavily. All now MIA.
It may be just me, but I feel like the hands-on assist allows crabs to the center line. I find myself over-riding it, and pulling to the right. It can over-correct sometimes, too, and it seems like it's aggressively pulling to the center after a curve, which could scare anyone coming the other...
I'm at about 2,000 miles. Very little highway yet, and mostly rural driving. I live in an area with a lot of hills. I've towed a small trailer a few times, but only maybe 100 miles. I'm currently at 13.6 mpg, and amazingly hand calculated matches what the truck says. I've been using 93...
For the 3.0 SO, the manual says:
This engine is designed to meet all emissions requirements, and provide satisfactory fuel economy and performance, when using high-quality unleaded regular gasoline having an octane rating of 87, as specified by the (R+M)/2 method. The use of 91 or higher octane...
