Limited headlights are no longer adaptive.
Two different trucks though, what's your realistic use, if primarily on the street, I'd go limited.
If you intend to offroad the truck, Rebel. Whether or not it's worth it is subjective, to me it is worth it but I have no interest in offroad use
I'm not gonna lie, if my Limited did not get hit, I'd still be happily driving my HEMI. My 20 never had a serious issue. The exhaust manifolds and the AC TSB were it; they replaced the leather dash as a goodwill but mine was not bad nor was that a HEMI related issue. The exhaust manifolds were...
Cadillac uses the LT
Holden use those same V8s in Australia and New Zealand. GM cars and trucks are also sold in europe and the engines also power FedEx and UPS trucks and Isuzu gas trucks.
There's a lot more GM V8 engines in use than stellantis V8s
If they were smart, they would but this is Dodge and we mopar enthusiasts know how disappointing dodge has been the last 30+ years.
I think they'll let people marinate with the hurricane for a few years and see how good it is then drop the hemi again.
I am curious as to how the rumored SRT...
Many on the FB groups are at, near or surpassed that marker with no issues. The only reason I give this any consideration is the amount of driving/use it takes to put 100k miles on a truck in a 18-24 months
It's not that it won't or I can't get it to downshift, it's that there's no power unless it does downshift whereas I can lightly apply throttle to the hurricane and it will accelerate nicely staying in the same gear.
Make it downshift and the truck takes off. The lack of mud range power without...
For someone like Dodge (stellantis), absolutely.
GM invested in their V8, went DI and made numerous other changes but I think GM has a large enough customer base and sell enough V8 powered vehicles that they can do they.
Dodge doesn't and never really has, even now. They have (had) 3 main V8...
I think @CalvinC nailed that, emotion.
I also believe that's why stellantis brought it back with no changes, they no it's a dead platform but they brought it back to appeal to those emotional about the V8 sound; IMO, that's the only reason they brought it back as it's not better in any...
No doubt there. I would have bought from MD if they had a 25 when I was looking in september. I wasn't in a position to order as 26's were in production so that wasn't an issue
12V 14Ah AGM battery with a group size of AUX14.
Its dimensions are approximately 5.93 x 3.50 x 5.68 inches, and it has a Cold Cranking Amps (CCA) rating of around 200 CCA
If they want to sell they will, the dealer I bought my tungsten from matched MD after I showed Marks 12K off msrp then found another $1000 when I didnt respond right away. The AZ dealer I called actually beat it by 2K but it would have cost me almost that much to ship it
H7 is whats in my 25, H8 will not fit. The battery you listed above is simlar in size to the H7 and should work
The EK820's dimensions match those of an H7 (BCI Group 94R)
I've had no issues from my 25, trans shifts fine. I've had the illumination error a few times but hit the OK button and all is good.
No electrical issues other than buggy UC5 which seems to be the case for all UC5.
Keep in mind that the forums are mostly going to be full of people with issues...
IDK, I bought a tungsten in Sept for 14% off and prices have only gone up. Truck month is usually March so there's a little time yo see how the economy goes but based on the last 5 years, if you can find a deal, get it. Don't wait for truck month
It did, during the "real" truck months. Here's two deals I worked
This on is about 21% off
And this one 25%
I haven't seen deals like this since 2020 other than friends and family this past july when you could by a 90K tungsten for 70k
I can understand that, all my friends are car guys with modded cars. I didn't mod my 5.7 and as easy as the hurricane is to increase power, I have zero interest in messing with it. I want quiet and luxury while still having a truck.
I can get in my car for the V8 rumble/modded V8 rumble but I...
