I need some help from the RAM gurus. My '21 Rebel was hit in a parking lot denting the rear bumper. I found a replacement from a TRX and started swapping all plastics to the new bumper. The last part I was putting together was the trailer tow connector and that's when I realized my connector...
2021 Ram Rebel, currently sporting a Truxedo LoPro. I've owned Truxedo for 24 years. I'd like to see what the TruXport is all about as I see them all over. This new cover appears to be tight and will do a good job of keeping water out.
BTW, this is what my truck does when it's not hauling...
I've had the Husky Liners on my Rebel for 5 years. They do a great job of keeping dirt and stone chips off the side of the truck.
The downside to these are if you put wider tires on, wheel spacers or 35" tires. You will rub on the rear of the wheel opening as these eat up about an inch. I...
Well, wouldn't you know it? Less than 1 hour after posting that my lights cleared, they came back on while driving to lunch. I thought about that before I posted and said I should knock on wood, but I didn't. So, my service forward collision is back on!!!
My message went away about two months ago and hasn't returned. I have no idea why FCW alerting wasn't working, but now is. I changed absolutely nothing.
Question for the body shop guys, and those in the know. I mentioned in another post that my rear bumper was damaged in a parking lot. The substructure plastic that the metal connects to broke in multiple places, so I found a replacement.
The replacement bumper is from a '21 TRX. It's pretty...
Just to confirm, the TRX and Rebel share the same bumper, correct? I've seen part numbers that state rear sensors vs without, but when buying the bumper shell, not sure why that would matter if the sensors are in the lower valence plastics that screw into the bumper.
Thanks for that feedback. I posted on the TRX forum here.
Is the RHO rear bumper different than the 19-21 Rebel rear bumper? I know I've seen differences on some vehicles where they don't seem to have the lower valence plastics, but I wasn't aware the RHO had a different bumper altogether.
I am looking for a factory powder coated TRX or Rebel rear bumper assembly for my truck. Someone hit my bumper in the parking lot and scraped the finish. While calling powder coat companies to respray it, I'm being told that it'll be around $500-$600, and about 2-3 weeks without a bumper. The...
I posted in the classifieds, but the traction is very slow over there.

My passenger rear bumper got hit on the corner and was dented. I have a friend that does bumper repair coming over tomorrow to fix the dent in the metal and he mentioned the bracket might be damaged.
I took the bumper off today to make it easier for him to complete tomorrow and found my...
I was contacted by Anthony when I was looking for my truck in 2020. I posted on this forum what I was looking for and he texted me with available trucks he had that matched what I was looking for. He gave me a price on the one that was too good to be true. I asked if he was adding in rebates...
I live in Florida, so mine broke loose fairly easily. If you have concerns, just spray them with WD40 or penetration spray in advance of doing the job.
