This was before the rear block was added. Just looking at this pic is what made me decide to add the rear block. While perfectly level, front to rear, the rear appears low. After the block, it has the perfect stance.
I added the Bilstein 5100s to the front, replaced the UCA with Mopar UCAs (the cheapest option) and replaced the sway bar end links with SuspensionMaxx extended links for lifts/levels. The UCAs were for the extra travel allowed to ball joint and the sway bar end links were needed since the...
Still illegal in almost every state. Like the fact that the law also states that no more than 4 forward facing lights are permitted on the front of a vehicle. That's why fog lights go off when high beams are on. But, that doesn't seem to stop so many manufacturers from putting so many white...
I just replaced the front 4 cab body mounts for less than $100. Not sure of the rear mount cost, but it shouldn't be bad if 4 was under $100. The rear cab mounts appear larger, so they could be more, but I wouldn't expect much more.
Federal law requires a camera to back up. Federal law requires a gap between the hood and engine to soften the blow when hitting a pedestrian. Federal law requires so much stuff that people are forgetting how to drive and allowing the car to do everything for them since they don't pay...
If I remember, you need to get something to carefully start separating the two plastic pieces just below the push button on the slider. Once you get a finger in there, carefully pull or slide a trim tool around as much as you can to release the clips. No secret other than the clips are very tight
I'm not familiar with the brand, but the 1.5" should be thick enough that the remaining studs will fit in the recesses on the backside of the wheel. I did not do anything except install on my truck and I have 1.5"
I've tried the battery reset and it didn't work. I've read on other forums that the FCW is a supplemental safety option and doesn't provide a code. So, without a diagnostic code, I question what the dealer will do for me.
You mention that you used Alfa to reprogram your truck. Do you know...
Quick summary here. In May, I took my truck to the dealer to get an alignment after installing the Bilstein 5100s. While there, the dealer "good will" replaced my driver side axle because the CV boot was ripped. My 3 year warranty expired in December, so I was already out of warranty for 6...
Not really a helpful question, but why do so many people want the CHMSL to flash? That's actually illegal and while the thought is that it may cause someone to pay attention to braking, it's also an annoyance to those that do pay attention.
According to the original law:
"Each passenger car...
I was thinking about starting a thread for just that. I've fixed many issues myself and know others are still experiencing issues and this site's search function isn't as good as other's I've been on. A single thread to list the issue and fixes would be good.
I followed firemedic10584 and ordered the parts. I also replaced them in about an hour max in my driveway. No clunk anymore. I have a '21 Rebel that's been clunking over every speedbump or uneven entry into a road/driveway. I think I paid about $95 delivered.
Absolutely no where in his post did I get the feeling he was whining. Looks to me like he was clearly stating the issue he's experiencing and that after 300 miles, he now has a bad taste, or possible regret. Any normal person would understand this.
All we can do is come together as a...
