You are on the right track so far. Save the cash on the sunroof maybe and air suspension for sure. Definitely 100% no tow package under any circumstances. It's asinine. Also definitely do not get the bed utility group and/or the factory tonneau cover (far better aftermarket options with more...
Just tried mine again for fun and, of course, nothing. I absolutely cannot believe this problem still exists. It shocks me that this is a problem at this point in technological history. FCA should be utterly embarrassed.
Did you have to remove that factor "bin" part that drops down? I am tracking that is standard on the Rebel (mine has it) and it seems like it would get in the way. Thx.
If you buy the JL for the center audio and it's good, maybe we can work out a deal to buy the other one from you, assuming they come in twos. I am very pleased with the corners and keep wondering if it would be even better with the center done or if I wouldn't notice any more. I have the stock...
Has anyone compared the sound from only changing the corners to changing the corners PLUS the front center too? I already did the corners but would like some feedback on the difference from corners to the whole dash. Thanks.
That's funny because at this speaker thread https://5thgenrams.com/community/threads/changed-dash-speakers-to-kickers-wow.7060/page-8#post-133080 we are discussing how some people found the Kickers to be a little too high/much/"bright" (not sure the right word) and the JL or Infinity maybe...
It's funny you said this because I noticed the same after having them for a day and listening a lot in an hour in the car. I am not sure if I should just deal with it or move them to the back and get better ones for the front, or go back to the stock. Any thoughts from anyone?
I had to put more...
I replaced my corner speakers with Kicker 43DSC3504 DS Series 3-1/2" 2-way car speakers from Crutchfield and it was as easy as everyone said and the sound is as good as everyone said. Totally worth it! Thanks, fellas. Just debating switching out the center speaker now, but I am so happy with the...
Replaced the two front corner speakers with Kicker 43DSC3504 DS Series 3-1/2" 2-way car speakers from Crutchfield. Total was $45 ($11 was for trim removal tools I didn't have, so the speakers were not even $35) and it arrived within a few days. Install was as easy as everyone said and the sound...
Added a shifter knob decal, flag trailer hitch cover, and large American flags on both doors.

Every time I see a photo of a Rebel with the level it makes me immediately want to get it...then I ask myself if I really need it and forget about it until the next photo. It is so silly how 2" lift to the front makes such a difference to us. If I explained it to my wife, she'd think I was...
You are correct. I somehow assumed the tow package was upgraded transmission, brakes, tow hitch, etc. plus tow mirrors. I was confused by it and failed to do the proper research. I had a Jeep prior and the tow package actually added those other things and made it much more capable with towing...
Wouldn't have gotten the tow package. Would have gotten wheel well liners. That's it. I installed the liners myself aftermarket, but the tow package isn't a package, just mirrors and the trailer brake control. I failed to inform myself properly and it's my fault, but it was misleading. Either...
Mine was just over $50k and it has eTorque, side steps, plus pano sunroof and blind spot that yours doesn't. MSRP was $59k. I would say $40k is a good price for that build.
If you get one, do NOT get the tow mirrors. There are many threads here about this issue. Only thing I am unhappy with...
Rebels do NOT release with the string. Must be unbolted. I looked for 20 minutes and posted this question in its own thread. His question was from more than 3 months ago too, so I feel like he's figured this out. Just don't want someone to read this thread and start looking for a non-existent...
