The tow mirrors without the symbol don't have heat/defrost. If you had those mirrors with it, then the button would work. In our case, the button only works for the rear window. The mirrors must have the symbol to heat up.

I was equally shocked to find this out after I got mine. I didn't even think to check this as it is almost unthinkable with all the options it wouldn't have this. How it doesn't, I can't even begin to explain. It would be like buying a house and finding none of the windows open, or something...

When you go to this page and type in your vehicle (2019 Rebel for example) it shows only two mirrors, both tow mirrors. If you search part numbers as outlined earlier (which you have to just know), it shows mirrors with no photo and zero details. This is asinine. Further annoying is the picture...

I did see the steering wheel, but I don't see the front camera. At 1:41 there is a clean shot of it and from that I wouldn't say it has the front camera and, thus, 360 surround view, adaptive CC, etc.
