I cannot turn my HUD off and have it stay off. I’ve tried turning it off and then even holding down the Memory 1 and Memory 2 buttons to save my profile. It doesn’t seem to matter what I do. When I start the truck, the HUD comes on. Any thoughts on how to turn it off permanently?

PWU is ... flaky. My truck has been parked for over 2 hours. I just went out and walked right up to the driver's door. No PWU. I popped the hood and checked both batteries with a voltmeter. Both showed around 12.6V. Closed the truck back up and walked to my garage (about 100 yards) and back...

To connect your truck to your hotspot, IIRC, you go into System Updates (or Software Updates?). Somewhere in there you can connect to whatever wireless access point you want and enter the password for the access point. That will then allow your Uconnect to download software updates via WiFi...
