Aero mode lowers the front end half an inch over 63 or 65 miles an hour. You can turn it off if you want, I never bothered.
You have to keep it above a certain MPH to keep it there.. I don’t recall the exact parameters, but I’m 100% certain it’s in the owners manual.
Or…you could watch this, I...
You can find your rear end gear ratio on that same sticker, it’ll say 3:21 or 3:92
Running it in the mornings doesn’t help…but I do the same.. I don’t blame you.
As you have time, fill up, hit the freeway for a nice drive, set the cruise at 70 for a stretch, return, fill up, see where you’re at...
I don’t think so… but maybe.
I see you’re on 2024…
But the OP, and others, are 2025s.
Not sure which engine USAF has…but otherwise, I only see the 3.0 mentioned, as such, SO or HO, requirement on both if premium fuel.
Am I misreading anything?
You forgot… get protected against mayhem like me…. Those, are actually the funniest.. LOL.
You’re not wrong… and yes, we bear the brunt of it no matter what.
Sorry.. that doesn’t hold water with me. Customer of the previous 10 years.
Pay off the policy 6 months at a time, always modest increases, sometimes flat.
The first renewal after the accident, my only accident while with them, 30% increase.
Scott, no offense and I don’t mean this directed...
If it’s equipped with air ride, or…4 corner leveling system, it could be the sensors leveling out after you parked.
I believe it’s an option with Laramie, standard on Limited.
Frankly.. I have zero issues with my 23 Limited HK system.
I stream 99% of my music via Apple Music lossless. All different types. I’m sure, 100% there are better out..but I have zero issues or complaints with mine.
Despite Progressive jacking up my rates..
They actually made it super easy to deal with them. OP, not sure you mentioned who you were going through.
I basically took a bunch of pictures on the app, answered questions…and then talked to them on the phone.
They deposited the estimated repair...
You are very lucky.
I had progressive on my house, 3 cars and motorcycle. First at fault when a trailer I was towing popped off my hitch, rear bumper got smoked… because my Truck was new in August 2023 but the accident happened in January of 2024, they wouldn’t cover an OEM bumper because it...
It will technically.
Any drag can impact fuel mileage.
But..it could also help. If you’re taking off and just spinning in 2WD..vs moving forward in 4A/4H.. you could argue getting up to speed more quickly and efficiently is saving gas vs. sitting and spinning.
My point is… negligible. If...
I often use 4 Auto when it’s raining.
I would use 4 High when there’s enough snow on the ground/slush that the front tires won’t grab like dry pavement.
**or dirt/gravel/grass/mud**
You don’t want to engage 4 auto or 4 high when the rear tires are spinning…
4 high on dry pavement tight turns is...
Yep.. well aware of that.
Most funnels don’t come with that sealing plug you remove to let it drain/fill/burp.. then you can seal it up with no more air…and not drip/leave fluid everywhere.
I truly, truly wish those type of bowls/fill systems were around when I wrenched on cars years ago.
Can’t tell you how many times you waited for it open the Tstat, burp it on the floor…and over and over again…lol.
That would’ve been a clean up and time saver!
My 2023 was a little low as delivered from the dealer.
I bought the mopar coolant, probably added 8 to 10 oz, that was over 15K miles and a year ago.
I still smell coolant here and there.
Hasn’t leaked or used a drop. I stopped worrying about it…
Bring the tech a heat shaped pizza… he’ll do an extra good job for sure…lol.
When you bought your truck, did you make sure it wasn’t final assembled in that same window?
Just get it done and stop overthinking…
Thanks Jimmy07… I used to get updates on my 2015…then slower, then nothing…
Looks like the latest map update is 9/2024 based on the name of the file. For those that use the service, let’s hope they regularly update/keep up.
I actually have another question.
Has anyone tried to use a USB C...
I can’t find anything to back that up. Trial period yes…but everything I’ve been able to find is a subscription based.
Do you have anything stating they’re always free AND updated every quarter?
Interested if so… and thanks!
Edit. Are you talking about manual updates via flash drive?
