Success! Added my trailer brake controller. The hardest part was finding the "ITBM" line in the dropdown. Making the changes was quite simple. I also got the security system to operate, but it was not exactly right, so I backed it out. Will revisit it when I have a bit more time. Thanks all!

It would appear that it varies by model. I've got a Bighorn Sport, and the only ambient lighting I'm aware of is in the overhead console, shining down on the center console, in front of the HVAC controls. Works just fine, even at full intensity. (I don't even notice it when I'm driving.)

When I removed my stock springs, I noticed that the several of the top coils had a plastic wrap around them. I removed that wrap and installed it on the new lowering springs. When I put the truck back on its wheels I was really surprised, because it looks like the top coils of the new springs...

At 5K, my steering wheel looks the same as it ever did. (Bighorn Sport. Not heated.) I use a lot of hand sanitizer, but I try to let my hands dry, before I grab the wheel. I mostly work inside, so don't get real dirty.

It is part of both systems. But it's probably to protect the underhood stuff, too. I still think the alarm will work without the switch.

Nope. That would be nice, but I've read the install procedure. Looks like you have to rip half the interior out of the truck to do it. I don't want it that badly. (Of course, if I'm wrong about that, I hope someone will clue me in.)
