Just wandering what is wrong with the oils recommended by Mopar. I was strictly using Maker's recommended oil for any kind of engine or equipment. Are we trying to find better than best recommended by Mopar oil?
I have explained in detail my thinking in post #14, I believe that change of oil in time is very important, but if You do it more frequently like every 1-5k miles, it will not extend the life of Your motor. Type of oil, design and condition of the engine, driving conditions, many things are to...
The only reliable dealer, actually the one from whom I bought my truck is 1 hour away from me, I tried others with very negative result-4 hours waiting+additional dent on my door. I do not want to do this job by myself, because I still believe it's absolutely non necessary. I would rather prefer...
Oil is cheap, my time is not. For changing the oil I spend at least 3 hours of my time, appointments, going to the dealer etc. I do not have these 3 hours to do unnecessary job.

There are several threads and many pictures for this installation. Just use search function, easy to find. I posted attached already. That's how I drill from inside.

Had the same suspicious Yesterday. When I am driving at night, I see no differences between all 3. Wouldn't say it's bad, quite comfortable, unless someone right behind me with very bright headlights. I do not like very much idea with the tape, will try attached solution.
I have covered the mirror sensor by finger and clearly noted cabin and driver side mirrors dimming. It's very clear, both became very dark, no any reaction on passenger side.
I have both my mirror with dimming, but I tried to switch dimming off, just to make sure it's working. I fill no any difference between on/off. I have a filling that they are always dimmed at night. Any other way to check this function?
