What did you do to your Ram today???

Too cold is just as bad as too hot. Something like that needs a bypass valve for when you're not cooking the transmission and just cruising around

    unbalanced washing machine type noise

4 wheel drive? I'd check out the front axles, known to get rusty and worn out at the differential Edit: Forgot to mention wheel bearings

21 Ram Front end snapping/ Popping sound

If this only happens at full lock it could be the bump stop rubbing the spindle

Unhappy -- No internet; No owner's manual.

I'm sorry, my position of privilege clouds my sympathy. My Ram is a pre covid model and came with a manual.

Unhappy -- No internet; No owner's manual.

Best piece of advice from the manual "Do not drink the battery acid". Aside from that everything else is pretty much common sense

    Removing fuel from tank

Disconnect the output fuel line and route it into a proper container. Run 12 volts to the fuel pump and let it do the work. Sounds good in theory, never done it myself.

    Fuel economy

540 hp and fuel economy do not mix well Edit: Higher trim trucks are also heavy pigs with a payload around 1,100 lbs. The 700-800 lbs of luxury you're hauling doesn't help

    Wheel Spacers?

You'll have to measure the studs and see how long they are, that number escapes me at the moment. If just a little sticks out you might be okay depending on what the backside of the rim is like, some have different pockets than others

    Wheel Spacers?

You may get lucky and the studs will fit in the pockets behind the rim. If not you'll need a 2 inch spacer (give or take). There is a slip on spacer that uses factory studs but that seems hardly worth the effort, think those go up to 0.5 inch

    Wheel Spacers?

Bora make the best. The size is personal preference and if you want to shorten your wheel studs https://www.motorsport-tech.com/bora.html?srsltid=AfmBOooXJqmvggOUcuL4wntSY3FKEBA36ZFeMIGGedcr4qQbzmzLc3Dl Edit: They also make them in steel, the link provided is aluminum

Noise in front tires when going over small bumps.

My calipers have squeaked (more like a cricket chirp) since December 2019. I greased the sliders a couple times but the noise came back after a few months so decided to live with it. I might be ear blind to the sound because I cant hear it anymore. Your leaking caliper was a red herring
