This was thru Amsoil customer rep. The filter wasn't pulled from amsoil. It just not recommended from Amsoil for the ram at this time. I had 28k miles on my 1500 without a problem. First oil change I did was @4k used flush and after every charged put @10k miles on the oil and filter. But...
