Just got my truck back from the dealer for this. It is working now, it sounds like they just did some sort of reset/re-initialization on that module that controls the auto dimming high beams. Hoping that it sticks and I don't have to bring it back but working for now. It was only there for an...
Thanks, so far I love it. The bed step was missing but my dealer is currently working on it. That is really the only issue I have had.

The part numbers in this thread are the correct ones. I ordered them a couple weeks ago and they work great. Exactly as @SpeedyV said, the plastic surrounding it is very easy to scratch so be careful if you are worried about that sort of thing. The caps pull right off, I had one break the head...
I am going through the same thing with my dealer currently. They had me take pictures of the area where the step would be on the truck as well as my VIN sticker inside the drivers door to send to their "Dealer rep". The story I have gotten so far is that the trucks that were "orders" were...
Figured I would create my own post in this section. Got my 2020 Limited in Maximum Steel with the Body Color Bumper group. I love the look of less chrome than more personally and the Maximum Steel goes great with Frost/Indigo interior. Love this truck already and have already starting putting on...
@Scarittagle, Sorry to drag up an old post but did you ever get this fixed or figured out. I just got my 2020 and am having the same issue. It is enabled in Uconnect, the headlight switch is on Auto, but when I push the stalk forward the high beams just come on and there is no message on the...
I believe there is a Mopar Tri-Fold that works. I honestly was looking for the soft roll-up because I like having full use of the rear window if I have to use the full bed. I also wanted a low profile cover and not one that sat on top of the box so the Pro X15 was perfect for what I was looking...
I installed the Bedrug BMT09BXS in mine. It is made for the 09-18 4th gen but it fits perfectly. I only cared about the bottom of the bed being covered, I didn't need the full bed coverage especially because I have the MFT and didn't even need the tailgate cover.
I personally like Android Auto but I have been using it since before I got the RAM. I agree that it's dumbed down compared to the phone but it is for a reason. So far I haven't experienced any problems with the 12" screen but I have only had it for a little over a week so far.
Never going to knock anyone's personal choices, only asking out of curiosity, what do you need the phone mounted up there for if you have the 12" display?
Just got my truck back from the shop today. Had my front windows tinted to match the rears and also had them do the sunroof to help with heat rejection in the summer. Also had them do a gTechniq CSL/EVO as well as glassparancy all around. $1400 even for the coating and tint. Not bad at all. Also...
So far no issues, but also only had it a week. I don't think the 2020's have been in customer hands for all that long at this point to get a feel for quality. But keep in mind that there are issues with any vehicle in any model year. Part of building 600k-700k vehicles a year with how ever many...
That is what he quoted me. He seemed pretty confident in that based on it being brand new. Everyone in town says he does good work so I am going with that. I had the dealer not wash at all as part of there prep so hopefully there is a little less correction that will need to be done.
He...
