Got mine covered at 68k miles by ram care since the bubble happened while my truck sat at the dealer for a month not being worked on. They ordered the dash and said it has an eta of end of this month.
I talked to my service manager and told him that it didn’t make sense that my truck wouldn’t be covered when they only make two types of windows and my truck falls in the production timeline and told him that it was recommended to get the regional rep involved. I’m not sure is that is the same...
I was told by someone to get the dealership to get the regional rep involved. I did that and they are covering my rear window at 0 cost to me after being told initially it wasn’t going to be covered. I was told by ram cares and I quote “that the extended warranty doesn’t show up on my truck...
Some of that is how the system works. There has been some other discussion on that same code on this forum. Dealers have had different answers. Mine said they would need to replace my etorque battery if the code was active but mine isn’t.
I think most of the dealers in metro Atlanta are clueless. I’ve been to at least 5 of them. All going to a different one does is makes it harder for me to get to and from them as they get further and further away from my house.
My dealer told me that there was a flash they could do to the system that sometimes corrects the problem or they would have to replace the etorque battery at a quoted price of about 4K. It’s covered under the emissions 8/80k warranty which they realized after I mentioned that to them and said...
I’m not sure the rhyme or reason but I pulled, checked and reinstalled fuse f53 in the interior fuse panel and my issues went away. This was recommended as a potential solve for some electrical issue someone was having on one of the posts on this page. My truck was not doing the braking on its...
Anyone else had any issue with this P0DAF code. I have an appointment at the dealer for it next week now as I cleared it and it came right back. Battery voltage drops down to barely over 11 then goes right back up to 14.2-4 a few seconds later sporadically. It definitely seems like something...
I just had this code pop up this weekend and then cleared it and came back today. No operational issues other then my battery voltage getting low when the truck was stopped at a red light with the engine off due to the start stop.
Led is probably going bad. I know my led bulbs in the house typically do that before they stop working completely. The entire light will need to be replaced if you do it at the dealer. Tazer and turn signal would be your cheapest bet. You could also have the accent light board replaced or...
