If the vehicle isn't tuned for it you'll have more issues than fuel system compatibility. The fuel system will be the least of your concerns may be a better way of wording it. All ethanol fuels have a lower output than 87/89/93 fuels, you need more of it to maintain a safe AFR.

Then you don't understand how engines are engineered and built; this isn't a 1970 slant six that they slapped a turbo on. This is a reinforced block with forged internals and sophisticated engine management to keep the pistons happy, not a blow through jetted up carb engine.
