I would think long and hard about how you're going to use it, are you really going to use the "generator" capability? How often would you use it, boondocking, job site power etc. or do you just want it as a novelty.
Take some test drives, I'm sure the powerboost will absolutely wow with the...
One warning about Blackstone is that they are not an accredited lab, so their calibration, policies, training etc. may be lacking.
To continue on more important things, they report TBN which will report ALL basic compounds in the oil, even ones that are weak and not working that strong. I have...
We will have to see what happens when they release pictures of the lower trims.
IMO, the aggressive styling works well but the front grill is terrible. Longer bed is definitely a plus.
The screen sticking out of the top of the dash is hideous and looks like it wasn't well thought out, like they...
It sounds like MDS to me, using the +/- on the steering wheel(hit the minus first) put the number on the dash to 8. If you no longer get the noise then that's what it is.
So if you press the minus button on the steering wheel, does it go away? If it does, then it's MDS causing the vibration.
In my 2500 Tradesman the vibration is much more present than it was in my 1500 Laramie, in the 1500 I could barely tell other than the exhaust note and lack of power. My 2500...
Can't hurt to sit down with one and explain the situation, consultation is probably free.
Atleast if you had it towed in every time it would say "towed in with dead battery"...maybe you can get the full service records from your dealer and comb over all the notes that are in there. I would do my...
I had all windows done with Lumar CTX ceramic, 35 for the "5" windows and had 80 put on the windshield. It makes a HUGE difference in a vehicle with this much glass, well worth it if you do long distance driving or are in sunny states. Plus if you feel like your AC is underperforming it will...
Seems about right for mixed driving, with driving through the suburbs to work I could get around 15. You can check out fuelly to see a good range that people average.
You really can't compare a RAM to a Ford for fuel mileage, especially the in town number...the F-150's curb weight is just a lot...
AFAIK. They did 2wd and 4wd, with each cab, gear and engine config. And yes it appears they did it all with tradesman trucks which can be quite a bit lighter than heavily optioned trucks.
Also things like Rebel or ORG(1" front level and A/T tires), lift and level kits, running boards and other...
They cheaped out and had fuel economy done on as few models as possible...The best I ever got with my Laramie non-etorque Hemi was 19.4(hand calculated), I had installed weathertech mudflaps and bug deflector, RB10 running boards and the MOPAR window vents. That was with the OEM Duelers on 20's...
I wouldn't count on or trust a dealer tech to look over any of my vehicles, find a reputable local independent shop and build a good relationship with them to get your work done.
FYI. Cabin air filter is a 15 minute job after you know how to do it, engine air filter is the same with getting your...
AMSOIL would rather put the excessive amount of money(think the dexos money farm) they would spend on outside certifications into developing their products. They have obtained some manufacturer approvals, but only where it made sense to do so. There are also cases where AMSOIL so greatly exceeds...
@cj7 @GKIII
I had an email exchange with AMSOIL tech support...in the 2020's Stellantis calls for the ATF Mobilfluid LT.
For 2019 and 2021 it's the "Briggs Warner specification."
Why the change...who knows, I wonder if it could have been something to do with the clutches overheating during...
I had no issues when I purchased my 1500 new, it was a great price and they were upfront about the other charges which were minimal. Got a discount on some factory parts that I ordered as well. They ordered me a touch up kit for a couple of small nicks that I found after I did my first hand wash...
