Yup, noticed that too. Ended up throwing the wix I had on my 1500 because I didn't want to have to deal with it on my way to trade in. Plan to try it with my 6.4 and we'll see what happens, not holding out a lot of hope. It will clean the hell out of the oil though. Lol

The cruise control is pretty aggressive in these trucks, if you don't see it coming on then you can try driving with your foot and it might come on more.

Hmm. Ok.
Just FYI, the hitch weight is over that with mattress, propane, battery etc. As they typically state an as shipped hitch weight.
Is there any water/liquid in the tanks? If they're in front of the axles then that would add significant hitch weight if full.

What have you pulled this trailer with previously? Or is it new to you?
What's the gvwr, and what is the manufacturers hitch weight?

Do you have a weight distribution hitch? Extra stuff loaded in the bed?
I would concur with him, must be awfully heavy on the hitch weight.

Yesterday I traded mine in with 20k miles for a 2019 6.4 2500 with 36k. If anyone in the Cincinnati area is looking for a sweet Patriot Blue Laramie that needs nothing added to it let me know and I will send you more info.
Got the same Patriot Blue paint but everything else about it is...
Yes. The vehicle must meet emissions for that time period.
You can also find it in the manual or the warranty supplement, I don't recall exactly where I found it.

Cummins equipped trucks can quite easily get under 2k.
You can also search for trucks on the ram website and then copy and paste the vin into the towing and payload section of the site

Get the battery charged back up and they'll clear on a subsequent start..It's normal for stuff that doesn't like to run on low voltage.
If it's parked inside or close to an outlet you could keep a battery tender on it in the winter months for these situation. Long term they don't like it but a...
I bought a gator tri fold for $234, sure it's sagging and flops a little but it keeps the snow and hard rain out of my bed.
To @Jeffjad point...you could be close to halfway on a Mopar extended warranty depending on what you want for miles and years.
The bed liner is definitely a good option, I liked it as it was not slippery. Cheaper than line-x or others.
I also got the rear wheel well liners as my truck did not have them from the factory.
Could get the Mopar splash guards.
I think there's better options out there for running boards...
Ah, I misread... Doing that enables you to really get wheel speed instead of the truck trying to search for grip. In certain off-road situations that is certainly more advantageous.

You can turn off the traction control but, as far as I know, the only way to reduce the stability control is by pulling a fuse.
I'm not sure if the off road group has additional abilities beyond turning just traction control off...I remember reading something about it before but I don't have the...
If you've been doing lots of city driving, short drives from cold, idling etc. it drags your short term MPG down which it uses to calculate your DTE. Then if you get on the highway you're getting higher MPG so that average MPG is going to increase and your DTE is going to increase as well.
It does come on with remote start, still takes some time for the engine to get the coolant warm and really get it melted off depending on how cold it is though.

You're still pushing a big brick through the wind, tires can have a big effect on it too. Not sure what comes on the BTS edition.
I get around the same at 72-75, I blame my running boards but they're great for getting in and out of the truck.
Yeah, the average MPG that the trip computer shows...
Yes, there are also options in Uconnect to enable or disable the heated/cooled seats and heated wheel(if equipped). These are hard coded at below 40F and above 80F(I think).
It does do heat and ac based on outside temp, though it can be fooled by the sun heating the front of the truck. Not sure...
Yes, you can lock the truck with it running. I have a Laramie with keyless entry and it works great.
It would not function like a traditional remote start and shut off if someone tried to drive it away though. You're only option there would be to shut it off, get out and then remote start it I...
I'm going to guess that most are going to tell you to find the gen 3 ecodiesel, which is only available in the 5th gen new body style. Unfortunately there are not many used out there and they're likely priced so high you might as well buy new.
I haven't seen many here complaining of issues, but...
