From what I've seen on the forums and looking at the build and price site the keyboard is part of Laramie Level 2 package so I don't think you'd have one.

Light electric is a trailer brake controller setting so I'd agree with LOWRMPG. Maybe you were scrolling dash screens or bumped the brake controller or tow haul button?
