Went today for a steering wheel spring noise. Get told the HPFP recall part is available late next year by the advisor. Go to waiting room and call Stellantis customer service up here in Canada. Tell them the story. They say there are lots of pumps / etc for the recall. They call the dealership...
Hey Cbty….any way to see if these things are being released up north in Canada yet. I had a little disagreement yesterday with a service advisor who said they aren’t getting the pumps until Late January at the earliest - which I don’t believe….some term she used - parts aren’t being released or...
It will be covered under your 3/60 or an extended factory warranty. Had one steering column done and it’s starting again - so back in we go. Lucky I bought the 7/160 bumper to bumper.

OK so i called back and they indicated the pump is good to order but one of the other 2 parts is on restriction/backorder? Don't even know what part it is and they wouldn't tell me.......

Exactly why I bought the 160k /8 year bumper to bumper. Just in case. Sucks hearing than man…not good. You’d think that stuff would be under emissions warranty???
