Keep us updated! These kinds of threads help people solve issues for years. A lot of times, these kinds of threads just die with no resolution, which is very frustrating when other people experience the same issues and can’t find a fix.

Now go get some PPF on that front end before the rocks chip it to hell.

Maybe a parasitic draw of some sort. With all the crazy electronics these newer vehicles have, any electrical issues don’t surprise me.

That’s what I had. 2006 2500 5.9 CTD Mega Cab. Built it to 600HP/1200ftlb torque with a ton of mods, no issues. You can do pretty much anything to that motor and still be within legal limits………for the most part. It was built for the street though, not off-road.

How do you like it so far? I’m surprised to hear that the ride changed that much considering you still utilize the stock front suspension. You just loose 2” of travel up front. Is it bottoming out? Did you go with different front struts? What did you do in the rear?

You will be fine. Just keep that air at the recommended pressure found on the sticker inside the driver’s door.

I don’t have the complete kit, but I’ve been pretty impressed with the front adjustable coil-overs and rear adjustable shocks. That I know of, there isn’t anyone on this forum running the complete kit.
