A lot of members here run the Michelin Defender LTX M/S2. It seems to be a very popular tire for our trucks. This is the tire I’ll be going with when my current ones need replacement, which is very soon.
I’ve never used it on those surfaces, but a clay bar works miracles on removing water spots on paint and glass. Might be worth a shot to try just a small piece. That surface may be too rough though. I treat tires and plastic trim with this, and it works great.
I’d be really careful poking improper “tools” into an automotive connector. You mess up one of those pins and you may be chasing electrical demons for a long time. Not telling you what to do, just saying.

X2. I’m in my 50’s and I’ve hated chrome since my early 30’s. I’m a big fan of the blacked out look. I think it’s subtle and not so blingy like chrome and other shiny add-ons.

Geez, that’s bad. My 2005 4.0L LJR with a 3/2 lift on 35’s averages 9-10 mpg. And that thing is like driving a cinder block into a 50 mph headwind. I had a 2020 Ram 1500 with the 5.7 Hemi and eTorque and it averaged 13.8. And I’m not light on the throttle. Something doesn’t add up.
