Looks like they had a mix-up with their harness availability - comma does not actually have the RAM harness available yet. Stated 1-2 weeks until they release it. I almost ordered yesterday, and they have since removed the option for our harness.

I'm not sure what you mean by "one" specific - you can select just about any term for Maximum Care, then select the money-back guarantee option - it adds a couple hundred bucks to the cost, but it's available. I've purchased it several times.
