the problem is the dsp in the factory amp. the stock sub with about 250w rms and no dsp actually doesnt sound bad at all.

the best thing i did was get rid of that pos slider. i know a guy on his 4th slider in a 2021. you guys just sealing ur windows will end up swapping it out trust me. i sealed and resealed mine 5 times in 3 years. it will keep coming back just in a different location.

change the window out to a solid one guys and save ur sanity.

rear vents. put ur heat on recycle and watch it go away. worst design ever.

replace the window if you can. the permatex will only last so long.

multipule people have already done it. mine goes in friday for solid window. just order one for a tradesman.

just get the window done, the permatex flowable sealer was a nightmare for me. it actually made my leak worse.

how did this hold up? still no leaks?

i did this on my jeep gc. worked fine. you only have a few inches of adjustment. the airbags can only go so far. you can adjust each air mode independently.

im going solid rear window. they have never fixed the issue, ive seen guys on there 3rd replacement. in the 4+ years i have been on this forum i have never seen a solid rear window frame crack.

ive been on this forum since 2018. i have never seen anyone say the solid rear window developed a cracked frame.

its not the sealant leaking. its the crack in the window frame that is letting water into the cab.

in the 4 years i have been on this forum i have never heard of a solid back window leaking, only sliders.

this is comical to me because you obviously dont know how a media port works that is controlled by the canbus system. i am a 30yr journeyman electrician and know a little about how this works lol. if the usb port is staying on the canbus system is not going to sleep, then its a canbus issue.

umm thats why you check the usb port 1st.

i want to verify that the usb port is staying on 1st.

im going to test my usb ports and see if they are turning off.
