I talked to Caseens today and they said they have the advanced shipping notice for my truck. Once they get it from the rail I’ll be able to track the VIN on their site.
Since the dealer tracker was down, and because of the previous comments here, I emailed Cassens asking if they were likely to deliver to my dealership. They stated that they have the advanced shipping notice and will have the truck once it's delivered to the Chicago area via rail. So at least...
I'm pretty sure the dealer tracker is still not fully up and running. My dealer can't see correct status code. They are receiving vehicles that the tracker shows as them still waiting to be shipped.
I might be out if the loop. But now that I have a WS, if the dealer tracker is still down, is there a way to figure what’s going on between now and the truck arriving? Does Ram chat (albeit it not detailed) have any insight?
