    2025 Ram 1500 Laramie w/twin turbo Hurricane

That is a rather terse response to a first-time poster who is learning her way around the forum. You could have offered her guidance instead.

Battery Change: Optima Yellow Top AGM or Not?

I know power sports and garden tractor types are sourced from other manufacturers, but I thought the thread's context was automotive batteries.

Battery Change: Optima Yellow Top AGM or Not?

Johnson Controls makes Interstate and Everstart; they manufacture about 2/3s of the batteries sold in the US. East Penn makes Deka and makes up the balance.

    2020 Ram fluid change intervals

^^^ Bingo! Everything you need to know is in the scheduled maintenance section of the owner's manual. If you did not get an owner's manual, you can download one from the Internet or use the link included.

Battery Change: Optima Yellow Top AGM or Not?

I just put a set of Interstate 94R AGMs in my 2015 Cummins this past summer. I got them from Costco for $174 each. The factory batteries lasted 8 1/2 years; both were just passing the "toaster" test, and it was time. I have a Deka in my Generac (whole home backup generator), and Everstarts in...

Active ParkSense Temporarily Unavailable - 2020 1500 Limited

I wouldn't lose any sleep over it. It is far simpler and faster to just part the truck than go through the rigmarole with the park assist.

    New head of Ram...

That is the first thing I tell them: what I will pay. It doesn't seem difficult to get grand off invoice pricing right now. That is what I offered, and they didn't blink. It was the same deal I made to the Ford dealer for my wife's Bronco, which they happily accepted.

    New head of Ram...

Me too; I've been buying RAMs since my first one in 2013. The service on my 2015 with the drag link crap and the latest on my 2022 with the EPS system have me concerned. They would not put me in a loaner (just on a list for the next available) even though my MaxCare covered it. They had my 2022...

Need Advice: Battery Issues with My 2019 RAM 1500

Some advice on jump packs: don't be like me and not read the instructions, or you may find yourself in need and your jump pack is dead. They require recharging every few months. One other overlooked issue with jump packs is that some of them need to see a voltage on the battery to work. There...

Need Advice: Battery Issues with My 2019 RAM 1500

I stumbled on this map of expected vehicle battery life. Interesting, heat is worse than cold.

Need Advice: Battery Issues with My 2019 RAM 1500

I got 6 years of battery service on my 2013 and 7 years on my 2015.

    She's not qualified

There are several different facets you can use to view the candidates and our country, which is in a very bad place. Our federal government is controlled by the donor class, which feeds money into uniparty candidates. From the donor's point of view, regardless of who wins an election, they are...

Antifreeze Smell in Cab…but No Leak?

I had a parallel issue, I could smell the order of antifreeze but only after driving. It turned out to be what they call an evaporative leak. What this means is the antifreeze that leaked evaporates so you do not see wet from the antifreeze but you get the smell. What I did was put a black...

    No Key Detected

I've had this happen to me in my 2013, 2015 and in my 2022. In all cases, I discovered the FOB was in my left pants pocket and my cell phone was in the left cargo pocket covering the FOB. I recall the owner's manual discussing this.
