Although I feel it’s a little sensitive to how quickly it wants to turn off that is normal operation. When the message pops up you have to give it a little nudge to let it know you are still there. Driving here in AZ we have a lot of very straight roads and it happened to me all the time when it...
I haven’t measured them since that night so I just went out and did just to see. I only did the drivers side but both the front and back were are exactly the same. 41 1/2.
I realize I should start measuring from the center of the wheel to only account for the lift but I didn’t do that before...
A follow up. My Power Steps, Trailer Brake and Rear Bed Step came in so I needed to take it to the dealer. Among installing those and a few TSB’s I asked them to take a look at the Lane Sense since it wasn’t working like it used to and they put on the lift.
So after having it an extra day and...
If you have part number 82215289AB then you have the one everyone else has. Some people have said that it is under engineering review because you have to unclip a wiring harness from the frame and there is no place to reattach it. After installing mine I think it’s because it is very close to...
Absolutely would not buy a vehicle without it now that I’ve had it. If you drive in any traffic on a regular basis or take long trips it makes it so much better. I am less stressed while in Stop and Go traffic and while I’m always aware while driving it is nice to know that you have a built in...
TLDR; After dealer visit my Adaptive Cruise isn’t working with the error in the title. Anyone else have issues?
Took my truck to the dealer to finish some “We Owe” stuff and do a couple TSB’s.
Work Done:
Installed Power Side Steps and flashed sales code.
Installed Trailer Brake Controller
TSB...
I will try and grab a pic of where mine is hitting later today. But from what I recall it was the inside corner of the “elbow” on the step hitting the outside corner of the resonator.

Just curious if your resonator is behind the step or off to the side? And how much clearance would you say you have.

Picked mine up from the dealer after they installed the OEM Power Steps and Trailer Brake Controller. Just so happened that my Bed Step happened to arrive today as well so I installed that.
Oh, and since the dealer had it my ACC and FCW quit working. They told me they ordered some new module...
When I look at the rubber hangar for the resonator it is pushed quite a bit forward. I loosened up the clamp on the flowmaster to see if I could sleeve it a little bit more. I think it moved a little but not enough. I think for now I might try some high heat tape to minimize the impact and any...
Good to know. I am thinking that is why the step was on Engineering Review now. When I started it up there was a bit of a rattle. Not sure what to do now. I guess it could be a good reason to get that resonator delete now. And here I thought I was done. [emoji1787]

Well, too late for that. [emoji3] I have the Ready Lift Kit on my truck though so it helps having those few extra inches. My knee worked pretty well in place of a floor jack. I like it, the only thing I’m a little concerned about is that the bracket makes contact with the resonator when I push...
Paid for mine a while back at the dealership. Just picked up the truck after they put on the OEM Power Steps and added the trailer brake controller. I wasn’t expecting the Bed Step yet but the nice lady in the parts department said she left a present for me in the backseat. Whoa! It was my bed...
I think the parts are starting to come in. I was waiting for a factory brake controller and the OEM Power Steps and was not expecting any movement until middle of a February but got a call last week from the dealer that they were in. At the shop as we speak getting installed.

I’ve had 2 Undercover Flex’s on previous trucks and went with the BakFlip MX4 on this one. The reason I switched was because of the ability to close the tailgate with the cover closed and I don’t think Undercover had one yet when I bought it. I like the MX4 but the only thing I don’t like is...
