You have to use the adapter on everything except the Rebel. The Rebel is the only one that comes with Bilstein shocks. All other models come with something else. I'm not sure what the "regular" trucks come with but the ORG shocks are Hitachi.

You can always try. The answer is always 'no' unless you ask. When I had my tank replaced I wanted to make sure they didn't "accidentally" put a smaller tank in there. That's when they told me that any parts they replaced are ordered by my VIN.

The dealership will only replace parts that are specific to your VIN. If your truck did not come with a 33-gallon tank you will not be able to pay the difference and have them install it. I like having the option to go the extra distance. I know it doesn't cost me any less to fill the larger...
