man they are shallow. cdt's are solid. shallow speakers are not really necessary 3.5 inch deep works
i have a list of speakers that fit in my door with no mods. as you can see i kept chasing the dragon
i tried cdt Unity7.5 2” wideband mid-tweeter drivers with U-500 crossovers and a set of cdt...
he said the I-6 is simple lol. i beg to differ the twin turbo's adds alot of complexity vs a NA v8 but i know they look good on paper.
under boost they kinda kill mpg's they also need to spool up a bit to build torque.
i say get a 2500 they are giving some good deals on 4x4 2024's, also some...
i'm glad you plan on keeping it. my friend of 30 years has done routine maintenance and changed his oil every 5k mi and he has 245k mi on his. it don't leak a drop or burn oil......and never had any major work done other than the manifolds. and it's not a POS
his has no mods and it's 2wd.

funny they are...
i also have a 2wd, the first fix was to re grease the slip joint on the driveshaft. i am about to give it a try. i do have a extended drivetrain warrantee 120k mi and 5.5 more years from now with a 100 dollar deductible but i'll probably just do it myself.
what do you mean by issues? no matter what the egr in a "modern" diesel will soot up.
i have a theory, while you get better mpg's with diesel the fuel cost more and then you need DEF if you spend the same amount of money on gasoline you will go the same distance. so it's 6 of 1 a half dozen of...
the seats "communicating" is wacked. it just shouldn't be that difficult to swap a seat out.
i just got my rear fender liners - watch, I'll have to program something after i install them.
