Rough Country or Readylift 3.5" lift

The SST kit make the truck sit and look nice but Im just not happy with the ride. BDS makes one of the best 4in kits but I feel that its worth the money due to their warranty and they also have your back if the dealer gives you any headaches, which in my case will more than likely happen because...

Rough Country or Readylift 3.5" lift

Will do. I think our truck hoods make us look nose high a bit even if we are level. My 3.5 SST made my truck level but I felt sometimes I looked nose high depending how and where I was parked. Hopefully I will be picking her up today (y)

Rough Country or Readylift 3.5" lift

Although all trucks have slightly different measurements from the factory. My truck was basically level with the Readylift but it's in the shop to swap out for the 4in BDS kit with Fox shocks...I'm hoping to have a half in of rake because I think with our trucks front end it can look deceiving.

    ReadyLift 3.5 SST for sale

The only reason I put the SST kit on my truck was because it was the only thing out when I purchased my truck last spring that could accommodate larger tires. If you primarily stick to pavement it’s OK but I just would like to have the added performance and the proper geometry for my...

To those who have upgraded tires and/or leveled. What would you do differently?

Mine balanced fine... you need to rotate every 5K ang get an alignment at least once a year.

Rough Country 3.5" rear shock replacement

Yeah unfortunately with the Bill Steen’s you can only ditch the preload spacer but need to keep the top hat space or so to spend all that money and not really get anything out of it seems to be a waste for me unless you are only doing highway driving.

Rough Country 3.5" rear shock replacement

Maybe you can Frankenstein it like some others are doing with the 5100's

Rough Country 3.5" rear shock replacement

I get it but if we spent all that $$ on our new trucks and then pay for all the extras it may look nice but does not perform the way it should with these spacer kits. BDS is just about the same as the other companies and at least you get the warranty...They don't have coilovers for the 4in lift...

Rough Country 3.5" rear shock replacement

I get it but your going to have that same crappy ride like I do...I only threw on the Readylift because nothing else was out....BDS is a top notch outfit and even has lawyers to help you if you have any issues at the dealership. Research them and you will see what I mean. Good Luck
