Any luck this was resolved with ramcares?

I noticed the exact same issue as you. Has this ever been resolved? It’s pretty concerning since this is a safety feature that seems to have been disabled without me realizing, and I only caught it by randomly checking the messages on my cluster. Cc’ing @RamCares

Thanks! That’s what I thought, but I wanted to mention it as well. I only see the Forward Collision sensitivity, but not the actual Active Braking (On/Off) setting.

Hey guys, quick question. I’ve got a 2022 Ram Rebel GT. The cluster shows ‘Auto Emergency Braking (AEB) Active Braking Off’. I can change the Forward Collision Warning distance in Uconnect, but I don’t see any toggle for AEB under Safety & Driving Assistance. Am I missing a setting somewhere...

Thanks! The driver side definitely feels floaty compared to the passenger. I’m guessing it might just be a misaligned spring or something minor behind the button. It still works fine, so I’ll probably just leave it alone for now since it’s functional.

I had my truck in for an oil change and asked the dealer to check the Uconnect system. They ran a software update and it resolved the issue for me. Even though it showed the same version, maybe they had a slightly different build.

@RamCares I’m having the same issue with my Ram—getting the “Uconnect Box requires service. Please visit an authorized dealer.” message every time I start the truck. Super frustrating. Can you help?

I had the same issue. I suggest trying a different dealership. Also, you can message Ram Cares and they should be able to assist you.
