Sounds like it is time to reach out to the GM at that dealership, or the owner, whoever is easier to get a hold of. Maybe start with an in-person visit to the service lobby, on a busy day, and ask the SM in front of other customers how they would like to handle it from there.

I don't blame you for avoiding et on your next truck, I sometimes think mine is just a ticking timebomb. Maybe if you press them about the misdiagnosis the first time, they will relent on the loaner?

Just looking at your pic and comparing to my truck, it looks like there might be the slightest amount of interference. I have not owned one with those levers, but I think you have a valid concern. Hopefully someone else here has had that setup and can give you some real-world input.

It really makes no sense to me why Ram doesn’t just put these on every 4wd. If the truck rode vastly different between setups I could understand, but there is no harshness with the ORG struts.
