I encountered something similar on my last ram that I put aftermarket flares on. I ended up taking them off and heating them up a little bit, and then when I put them on I drilled an extra hole up in the fender well and put a screw and it made it better
I would suggest check for a bad or loose ground at the fender near the battery. Also, pop the fuse cover lid off and make sure none of those major terminals that come in from the side are loose
I’m not saying you’re wrong, but I will say that I usually don’t know that one of these has happened until I’m getting in the truck to leave. As I recall, they used to send warnings that an update was going to occur. Now it just seems like I start the vehicle up and I get the new “accept” screen...
