I took delivery of my truck this afternoon. 31 days from order to delivery in Southern California.

Instead of using the Chat feature, try calling FCA directly. I think you'll get much more up to date information. I put my order in on 3/22 and it was built by 4/9. I've had a couple of people on my calls to FCA to check the status who were very helpful.

I would suggest looking at the Lomax or one of the other non-Mopar hard covers. If you find one you like, give Luke at Truck Alterations a call. He gave me a great deal on the Lomax as well as a Bedrug.

How long after you took delivery did you first notice the issue?

Just found out my truck went to KZ status at 8 AM this morning. Took 18 days from order to ready to ship. Since it's coming to Southern California hopefully it won't take long to actually start its journey.

Limited color selection for the Limited trim was one of the disappointments when I was shopping for my 1500 - that and the $100 upcharge for any paint regardless of color. I ended up choosing Delmonico Red as the lesser of all evils.
