What did you do to your Ram today???

    Diddly Squat amounts to nothing.

    Getting Tonneau cover dizzy

Open.... Out... Literally 30 seconds in and out. Main reason I got this one.

    Getting Tonneau cover dizzy

I'll get a pic for you tomorrow.

What did you do to your Ram today???

None at all. Not sure about the interstate yet. Highway speed is fine. It's a pretty tight fit. Just took it through the carwash. Not much leaking. Normal corner stuff you see with just about any cover. I'm giving it some settling time before adjusting and additional stripping in the...

    Getting Tonneau cover dizzy

Yeah, there's good and bad in all of them. Keeping in mind how one is going to use the bed should definitely be considered before a purchase. How it folds up and how much bed space is left is crucial. The only one I would for certain rule out is one that the cab panel is stationary. Some...

    Getting Tonneau cover dizzy

Installed a Paragon yesterday. Folds up to about 7". Can be locked in full, two panel and four panel configurations, and can be completely removed in about thirty seconds. It's the HDX model. Finish just seemed to blend in better with the scheme of the truck.

What did you do to your Ram today???

Added a Peragon folding cover. Replaced the roll-up.

Friday morning coffee thoughts.....Would you buy a 4x4 even if you plan to never use it????

My '25 Rebel is quite a smooth ride. Even with the off-road packages. I do not use 4x4 much, but it's gotten me and other vehicles out of the mud. Like mentioned earlier, it's nice to have if you need it. I've had to pull a friend or two up muddy hills that were too much for their 4x2. They...

    Am I getting a good deal? 2025 1500 Bighorn

Seems good. Except for the Cali charge. Have you compared at other dealers? Hit the websites and see what the MSRP of a comparable is?

2025 Ram 1500 Current Owners - Discussion, Feedback, and Problems

Got a weird feedback survey about my new Ram. Seemed to be very interested in opinions on power plants. Real EV intensive. For me it was easy. I'll take an i6 or hemi. You can keep your EV and hybrid in the showroom. Even had a question if I preferred an engine that sounded powerful, or...

    Leather cleaner and conditioner

I use the "waffle weave" towels. They work pretty well. They can handle a little more elbow grease. :)

Lexol cleaner and Lexol Conditioner. Mother's from time to time.

    Cigars

I alternate these two. The Tabak is coffee infused. The Isla de Sol is coffee infused with a sugared tip. I dabble here and there, but these I stock.

    Warranty question

I keep a log and any relevant receipts just in case. To pay them to do it would be outrageously costly. They'll try to convince you otherwise, but they make a lot of money that way. I do dread my first oil change in the '25. Those just aren't the same since the dipstick went away. I hate...

New Buyer Ram Engine Preference Survey: V8 vs. 6 Cyl. Turbo, or Std 6 Cyl

I6TT because it's what I have. It's what I'll have until I don't. I have tired of the comparisons. If you like your V8, fine. If you like your i6, fine. Way too many threads on this topic. A simple search will provide all the preferences you need.
